Am I able to wrap an arrangement to place under the tree?
All our arrangements now come presented inside complimentary beautiful gift boxes which should prove easy to either gift wrap or place inside a gift bag of your choice.
Can I order early with your fast & free shipping for Christmas?
Yes of course! Upon receiving your arrangement (after a quick check to make sure everything has arrived safely) the arrangement will be more than happy to sit within its shipping and gift boxes without any daylight or air until required closer to Christmas, this will not affect the roses minimum of 365 day lifespan!
Can I order now using your specific date shipping with a December delivery date?
Yes of course! An order at any point with our specific date shipping will ensure your roses are reserved, they are then shipped out for delivery on your selected date! Again please remember this is a busy time of year for Royal Mail so ordering early is the best option!
Will my roses be okay sat in their gift box until Christmas?
Yes! Our arrangements are happy to live in their gift boxes hidden away for as long as required as they do not need any water or light to survive!
Can I order something special for Christmas?
Of course we are always more than happy to help create to perfect arrangement for you, whether it is a personalisation, multiple rose colours or any other wish you may have please feel free to contact us with your requirements!
Additional Information For Festive Shopping
We use Royal Mail to ship all our arrangements and through the busy Christmas period Royal Mail are working twice as hard to get your Christmas goodies to you! So please be patient and keep an eye on your tracking, if you need something for a selected date we would strongly suggest ordering it to arrive a day or 2 before the event.
If you are going to order early it is important to please ensure you open your delivery once it arrives to make sure it has travelled safely. We require any damage during the shipping process to be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
